Oh yeah.......Erwin S..........I know that comet........you have to seal the windows with some sort of clear substance and use a toothpick (or something like that) for it,put a drop of the substance on it, ond try to get e sheet of that stuff to completely fill the window frame........pretty hard job as i can remember...(been a while ago when I dd that model though)
great models though!

Yep, you have to use crystal clear for the windows. A lot of work but it has some nice results.

Maybe I'm going to start agian with building some models. I was thinking that I could buy the 1/72 An22. It's only a bit too big I think

Hi ErwinS,

Great job on the comet, I chose to do my comet in the Mexicana scheme. How did you like the 334, I made the IL-96 by the same company and the fit was TERRIBLE! 0.5cm gaps between the wing root and the fuselage. It took some major surgery to get it to fit.

Hi Adrian,

A bit late but.... You're Comet looks stunning

The 334 was absolutely terrible
As you had with with the 96 it took also some major surgery
And the decals sucked....as you can see.

You're IL96 looks also very good and maybe I'm going to buy it, but now I'm saving for the 1/72 An22 that's now available.

Rgds,
ErwinS
