Hi ya,
Personally, I couldn't give a toss how long it takes to get screened. That said, it would appear that a lot do. So would it be possible to have casual screeners that can offer their time occasionally when called upon, when the permanent guys and girls are on holiday, fancy a break etc or like Sam, are off catching diseases in far away places.

First at all I apologize about my bad English...

In my humble opinion, it's not worth to add more screeners.

I am a person with a lot of patience. And if we need to wait two or three weeks, I have no problem with it!

There are well-known saying "The haste is from the devil".
I do not know how it sounds and how this course each person's language, but means that it is better to work slowly but surely, and not rush.
That when we rush has accidents! And this happens even here, although no one died from accidents like this, but I noticed that there were some "accidents" when scanned many photos in short time.

I mean not to overdo with the "slowly", but have a reasonable degree.
I suggest to all of spotters please don't stress the team members, they are volunteers.
Also, in the past I made ​​my point, when there are many team members

also have differences of opinion, and even here in the forum we see some differences from time to time between some of team members. Therefore, if adding another team members, then in my opinion may be more differences of opinion.

I just like to add that I do make every effort to not upload photos that I have a doubt about them, I really try to make more with self screening before upload, and I think that the data below indicate that:

We've had a great effort today from the screening team to get through some of the backlog and I'd also like to welcome our newest member of the screening team, Dave Henderson, who has joined us this weekend. Dave has been a long standing contributer to the site with some excellent quality photos. So please no moaning anyone about us not taking on new screeners!

Thanks James, I have to say I'm amazed at the amount of work that goes on behind the scenes, it certainly takes a hell of a lot of work from the screeners during screening, certainly looking forward to my time with the teams.

unfortunately it's the case. Sad to see that our hard work today will have less effect on the queue because people feel the need to absolutely upload more today while the queue is going down...

All I can say is just lucky the weather was crappy where most of the screeners were so most of us jumped on. Personally I am sick and at home resting, so I am hammering through as much as I can at the moment.

Also of note in 9 days we have screened just over 12,000 images so you lot do the maths.
