Some time ago I asked if anyone had a photograph of the Concorde flying with its stall recovery parachute deployed. After a long search including contacting various companies I found this picture in Philip Birtles book "Concord" (ISBN 0 7110 2740-4).
As far as I know the Concirde parachute was not used in anger.
If anyone has a better quality photo please let me know.
Stall recovery parachutes are only used if the test pilot unable to exit a stall.
