    It's an Agusta Westland AW101 / EH101 Merlin. More than that I don't know.
If it 'ain't broken........ Don't try to mend it !

Well. A country identifier would help us a lot. Agusta Westland delivers AW101 helicopters to:
      Italy
      India
      Japan
      Canada
      Norway
      Portugal
      Great Britain
      and
      Denmark
      and...

We all know that I am not a helicopter specialist. But I have an Agusta Westland AW101 in my simulator (fsx). A few seconds before, I've tried to make a screenshot. But when I am online, fsx and all the other 747 programs on my computer try to receive an (unwanted) update.

This is the reason why I use fsx only (!) offline. So, sorry, my fsx screenshot is unavailable.
But I have found this one (language is danish):

      Is this your helicopter?

I am not sure. Because, in my humble opinion, Germany does not operate AW101s...

PS: Since I have seen the military liveries for
AW 101 (Denmark -> military plain green)
AW 101 (Italy -> military plain grey, quite bright in comparison to Denmark) and the
AW 101 (Great Britain -> quite a military dark green, without bright colours)

I'd like to say that it is private.

Don't you at least have a location for your photo?

        Hum.

quiz questions are good if not everybody knows an answer.

I have only tried 3 military variations, out of 8 on my list. Maybe somebody wants to try the rest. Portugal?

Imho, jp is proud to have at least 1 Portugal specialist as a member... But imho he (343) is as less a helicopter specialist as me.

And btw, are there very special helicopter forums? JP has it in its name:

        JET (not necessarily helicopter).

But it is worth a try.

        Where are our helicopter specialists?

This is the Danish variation in detail, and this is what I have in my simulator.
But this is not quite yet, what the threadstarter is lookin for...

I regret, I am not a helicopter pilot, so I am not a real help.
          Thilo Kaiser?

But I don't have his phone number.
