Dirty Scan / CMOS Dust Spots

The attached was rejected due to Dirty Scan / CMOS Dust Spots. It's a photo and when I check it with Lightroom / Spot Removal Tool / Visualize Spots I see none.
Is there something I'm missing on visualizing spots?
This is not my all time favorite shot but I like it today because it's the only time I've seen this plane - so far. There is something about it that's not quite right. Any suggestions as to the spot issue or any other improvements would be appreciated. And if that's wait until your next opportunity that's OK too.

Yep, right above the tail. It's visible even without equalising the photo.

You'd think I could have seen that. I depended on the equalizing where it tends to blend with the whispy clouds. Thanks to you guys will be looking with a closer eye. Learn something every day.
