  • Help with Over Processed / Bad Postprocessing

I had the following photo rejected with the rejection being Over Processed / Bad Postprocessing. There were no comments as to what to fix so I am turning to you guys to help point out what's wrong. Thanks

There is a very obvious bright halo around the prop. Do not use Shadow/Highlight Tool in editing.

Thanks for that. I don't use Photoshop for editing but rather Gimp. I don't see a halo but it could be that it's late and I'm tired. I guess I will start over on the photo.

Some cameras also use a similar effect when shooting jpg. Nikon calls it "active D-Lightning" Canon calls it "Auto Lighting Optimizer".
