Can I ask a request from you guys. I want to start collecting, but I don't know where to start. I was wondering if you could post some pics of your models next to something so I can get a feeling of the actual real-world size. Most of the pics of 1:400 are macro, so I can't get a good look at what they would look like on my shelf?

                Any help would be awesome

Let me try... this is a first, so excuse the lack of quality!

This model, a Cathay Pacific 747-400 in 1:500 scale, is about 14 cm long and the wingspan is about 13 cm:

The ones on the top shelf are 1:200 and 1:250

and my one and only 1:400 because my ANZ 747 broke

I have just recently decided that I would collect mostly 1:400 because of the rarity and higher value of them, plus check this link out, it is just some of the things that you can do with 1:400 and 1:500 that you cant do with 1:100/200/250
Hi, Here is my 1/400 scale model airport - New Tokyo Narita International Airport... Hope to hear your comments... Thank you. Regards, Terminal 1 (Just

That is a VERY advanced model of NRT, but if you click through the rest of the model airports, you can design your own or do whatever you want with them.
