With all the planes on order, we expect more routes from JB . Can't only use all those A320s and EMB-190s to increase frequencies on existing routes (though I doubt you'll return to ATL soon ).

Don't expect a whole lot of routes, mayb 3 or 4 new ones. Once the 7 E-190s are in service at the end of this year, they will be running frequency on existing routs say JFK-BTV or JFK-BUF, etc. The A320s will be used to expand frequence to one of the following: ONT, SJC, SAC, SEA, SAN, PHX or OAK. In 2006 there should be some new smaller cities added so that the new E-190s will be used there.

Probably you know will find out some of good routes for EMB-190. I would consider some of good service to ORF, CVG, DAY, PIT, DTW, MHT, PWM, and some of more few routes for EMB-190.

Two of the first routes to operate with the E-190 will be one of the following: JFK-BOS, JFK-MHT, JFK-BTV or JFK-BUF. One of the first routes to Florida will probably be JFK-MCO or JFK-FLL. We will just have to wait and see.

Since Scott mentions it: How likely is it that JB enters CVG? So far, no LCC (besides USA 3000 and Midwest) has dared to enter CVG, due to DL's role in CVG.

Never say never but I do know that first they want to concentrate on NY and Northeast services, then move to the mid Atlantic states. After that, I think they will move west slowly. Nothing until late 2006 or 2007 atleast for CVG.

                          Colin,

I also think the answer depends greatly on what happens to US Airways. Removing 260 mainline single aisle jets plus the wholely owned prop and RJ capacity will leave some un- or underserved markets and will undoubtedly effect B6's plans. To what degree they could get more LGA slots if/when US goes down can also have a huge influence on what routes B6 flies in the future!

I strongly supect that day B6 flies to CVG gets pushed back considerably by a US Chapter 7 filing...

No doubt about that. Increasing presence at LGA in that case would be more important than going against Delta "Triple Miles" Air Lines .
