  • Thai Cargo ends freighter ops

    TG have phased out their single 777F the other was removed from service last year much for contract expiry for which they paid a hefty cash penalty to Southern Air, the aircraft were flying to Delhi, Dubai and Frankfurt, earlier they had done Hong Kong, Chennai and Amsterdam.

    They also have plans to convert two of their 744s into freighters this year.

      I guess the thread title is incorrect then. They didn't end their cargo operations, they just phased out the 777

        Tried changing it but it only does so with minutes of posting, anything later on dosent work except in the open post title as you can see in OP.

        Also did not expect the 74F to join so soon it was to be from fall or winter, thought it may not even happen due to world economy issues.

          Well they are now ending freighter operations, both 747F are up for sale and available for delivery from October onwards.
