2. centering, horizon, obstruction

Got "too dark" reject for this shot.
It seems to me the plane is well exposed but the background - dark looking trees, are making the shot unacceptable.
Am I right?

Hi,

thank you for your trained eye. I did not notice centering problem at all.

To fix suggested issues, I started again from scratch.

On first - I have adjusted luminosity histogram. Top of the graph is located on highlights side of the graph, so I am not sure if contrast is well balanced now.
On second - I have adjusted luminosity histogram on left side to make the curve lower. I have adjusted levels too.

Can I have your opinion? Photos are attached below.

it is soft, lacks contrast and looks slightly unlevel (leaning to the left). But the way I see it, it should be easy to fix.
