    Here we see:

    1) S-turns on final to "buy time".
    2) A go around made "at the last second, narrowly avoiding a near disastrous collision"

Or was it more mundane and totally in control/no big deal?

mundane / no big deal. Tower controller was closely monitoring. The stepped on transmission could have been a problem though.

Happens every day at busy airports all over the world. Everything happened as it should have ....... Except for the A319 taking too long to clear the runway.
If it 'ain't broken........ Don't try to mend it !

        "Mini!"

If they think an A319 is mini, I wonder what they'd think of the Tomahawk.

That depends on how quickly you can exit the runway.

The concern for you at a busy airport like that is that your first available turnoffs might be blocked with planes in line to depart.

It might be wise for you to keep your speed up and land long...if that doesn't violate stabilized approach criteria.

No big deal at all, and it was one of our birds. Didn't recognize the crew.
