That is good news. I somehow like this airline. It is no big airline, but it has a lot to offer to its passengers. The Toronto Island Aiprort (which I can see from my hotel room at the moment ) is small, no long queues, no long waits and no delays due to traffic. I plan on flying them for sure and try them out!
Keep up the good work porter!

You know...I think the real news here is how you spelled that. I'm speechless.

Wouldn't that be an awful long flight from Toronto on a Dash 8?

You aren't a golfer eh. How many golf bags can a Dash 8 hold?

My thoughts exactly! How long will that flight be? I love Dash-8s as much as anyone else, but that is going to be one hell of a flight on one. While on topic, what is the longest Dash-8 flight in the Americas?

The article does state that they "could" start this service in 2010. There are no concrete plans yet and no seats are for sale as of today (Nov 09).

The Distance YTZ-MYR is 687 miles/1105 km. On the Dash 8 I figure you are looking at a flight of approximately 2H25 (block to block).

2 hours 25 minutes in a Q400 can't be any worse than spending the same amount of time in a CRJ for eg.
