I would guess so, also probably not a lot of fuel in those tanks. The rate of acceleration achieved itself is pretty amazing.

Who cares about the takeoff run? The climbout is what got me.

Pitch controls altitude.

Now I miss the 767!

As she taxys out you can see how high on the oleos she is (gear legs look 764 length). Close to empty, not much fuel. Sometimes on these occasions a reduced thrust takeoff is not conducted for 'operational reasons', but even fully reduced it is still 75% of roughly 120,000lbs of thrust!

I've done similar takeoffs and they are amazing.

I think most aircraft but especially wide bodies can do amazing take off's with a light load.I remember this 767 taking off like something from Cape Canaveral going back to Milan from Dublin empty.
