SAS 737 Reverse Thrust Inflight Video - Explanation ?

I know this is probably against procedures, but what puzzles me was I thought this wasn't possible at all, as jetliners' (except the Russian ones) engines' reverse thrust is locked while inflight, especially after the Lauda 767 incident. Clearly this is not the case here.
In the 737, the lock that prevents engaging the reversers in flight disengages at some very low radio-altitude (but I think that the second lock that prevents adding reverse thrust past idle remains engaged until ground contact).
This is to reduce the "float" during the flare.
