Read a list that was compiled of plane crashes where the object was to commit suicide. I was surprised at the number, but certainly not interested in arguing that point. What intrigued me was the number of theft. Planes larger than the light ones privately owned never seemed like easy thefts. Apparently one guy was miffed about being dumped by his girl friend, stole a plane, and crashed it into a house (presumably to murder the woman and new boy friend?) Can't describe the other thefts. So there's no key, secret code, anything to limit who can fire up the engines of a parked plane?
