There were no injuries, both aircraft received substantial damage.
    Very lucky for there to have been no injuries. If the ATR was under tow, would there have been crew/passengers on board or would it just be an empty aircraft being towed across the airfield?

    There would have been a member of groundstaff in the cockpit monitoring the tow.

            Just parlour talk...I think a typical tow tractor has MUCH more visibility than a typical cockpit...

                Sounds as though the 737 began takeoff without waiting for permission. And ATR had no lights on so wasn't seen.
