  • Contrast and Exposure With Clouds

How do I edit for cloudy days? My main issue is exposure and contrast and I've used the same settings before but have been starting to get those rejections lately for shots taken when it was overcast.

    Thanks.

Quiet simple, sometimes the weather is just way too bad to get good results

We should never forget that we're talking pictures for ourself first, then if they are good enough, it could be fun to upload them to JP
Very often I see pictures uploaded in bunches where the weather is just so bad... If people want to be out shooting in bad weather, that's their choice but they need to realise that a white plane in front of a white overcast cloud won't give you any interesting result, as good photographer as you can be

So I'm sorry if it's not the answer you're looking for but yeah, sometimes it's better to hang out at the pub or to keep the pictures for the personal collection

    Regards
    Alex
