Look at the histogram and you will see the overexposure spike on the right side of the graph. The roof and upper engine panels are overexposed.
Light properties change by the minute throughout the day. A good exposure setting 5 minutes ago can easily be under or over exposed 5 minutes later. Learn to keep an eye on light changes and adjust your exposure constantly.
I've used 5 minutes here as an example but it can be as little as a few seconds for exposure requirements to change quite dramatically.
