      I had a Skywest guy on the jumpseat recently and he said part of the reason they're retiring the Brasilias is the fact that they can't find pilots, so they're getting ride of the EMB-120's to use the pilots elsewhere. Of course, the economics of the older plane does play into the decision as well, but the pilot shortage is a large part of their decision.
