  • Identifying a Southwest 737-200

    Hey everybody,
I have a picture of a Southwest Airlines 737-200, taken on 13 August 2002 at New Orleans (MSY/KMSY). Unfortunately, the registration is not readable on the scanned slide, due to the angle of the aircraft. I took the picture while I was on board Delta flight 2161 from Atlanta, around 14:55h local time. Is there any chance of finding out the registration of this particular SWA 732?
    Thanks a lot in advance
    Peter

Can you see the nose gear door ? There is an identifying number there.

      Hi Brian,
      tried that already... it's either 51, 81, or 91... after all, it's a scan from a slide...

Well, it's not N51SW as that frame was scrapped in 1999.
        N81SW, c/n22730 and N91SW, c/n22963 were both operational in 2002?

        I shall delve further.
