These numbers are for Rolls Royce powered airplanes with winglets. I don't know what your sim program is based on, but I expect they'll put you in the ballpark.
One number that is not included is clean maneuvering speed, which is what I believe you were talking about when you mentioned Va in your post (clean maneuvering is not technically the same as Va). I'll reiterate this when I send the speeds, but in a nutshell, to get clean maneuvering, take the flaps 30 Vref for your takeoff speed and add 80.
