ISO 400Auto or just 400? I am going tomorrow, sunny. -7 . Oh and with flash ro no flash? It's near 2PM I am going

Where are the options for RAW in a small digital camera? Also, how much ISO should I use in cloudy weather? And in sunny weather? Thank you
