I was wondering who in your opinion who makes the best ones and why?

I already have a Herpa 1/500 collection and wanted to start a 1/400 collection. I have been eyeing Gemini Jets, and Dragon Wings. Not sure who's better though. Your opinions?

I prefer GeminiJets (and, no, not because I work there :roll: ).

Much of Dragon Wings' construction is plastic -- the wings, tail, horizontal stabilizers, gear. They don't have much mass to them at all, and their latest moulds (since their lead designer was replaced) have been awful.
