This is insane. :shock: "Under God" doesn't constitute government sponsorship of religion. Since people use "God" when they are swearing does that mean they are endorsing religion when they are angry? This is a time when I really wish citizens could wack judges with sticks.

I agree! Let's whack (with sticks) the judges that endorse stupid law suit settlements (like McDonalds Coffee settlement) as well. I really do think judges need to be held socially accountable for their decisions (verdicts). Then again, let's not forget there are many good judges as well!
