Here's the quick summary of Lufthansa's 2003 summer timetable highlights INTERNATIONALLY.
New 767 Service
Effective April 6, B767-300 service will be introduced on flights to Philadelphia and Atlanta, replacing existing A330-200 service.
The 767-300 comes from Lauda Air (OE-LAY/OE-LAZ), and they will be registered as D-ABUV/D-ABUW. (Info from airliners.de)

A330 will be operated for flights to Boston, New York, Cairo (mix of A330/340), Tel Aviv.
Ex-SN A340 to Chicago
Lufthansa's 1st ex-Sabena A340 will be operating flights to Chicago.
Aircraft Change
Flights to Riyadh will downgrade from 744 to 340
Flights to Jeddah will downgrade from 744 to 313 (see route adjustment)
Flights to Sanaa will downgrade from 340 to 313(See route adjustment)
Flights to Dubai/Abu Dhabi/Muscat will downgrade from 744 to 340
Flights to sao Paulo will upgrade from 343 to 744(See route adjustment)
New Service
Effective June 30, 3 weekly non-stop between Munich-Beijing
Resumption service between Munich and Los Angeles
Increased Service
Munich-Shanghai will increased to Daily
Munich-Hong Kong will increased to 6x weekly
Route Adjustments
Non-stop flight to Buenos Aires will be re-routed via Sao Paulo.
1-stop flight to Santiago de Chile will be re-routed via Sao Paulo instead of Buenos Aires.
Flights to Sanaa will re-routed via Jeddah instead of Cairo.
Flights to Jeddah will be non-stop instead of 1-stop via Riyadh.
F Class elimination
Lufthansa is progressively eliminating First Class Service on A330/340 service. The new A330-200/340-600 is likely to be in 2-class configuration as well.
