My vote went to Astraeus, simply becasue they're the only one with a paint scheme I can look at. I personally have yet to fly on any of them though.

Over the past twenty-odd years I have flown on most of the UK charter airlines, some of which are no longer in existence.

I have always found Britannia Airways to be of a consistently good standard. I would not say they are brilliant but you know what you will get and in my experience it is always very acceptable.

I am talking about the airline as a whole: punctuality and reliability; attitude of cabin staff; comfort and cleanliness; standard of food; cost.

Professional is hardly the word i would use for Air2000. Aborted takeoff, took us back to the gate, had us hang around the gate for hours while they sodded around with the plane before finally deciding they wouldnt fly and wouldnt get us a new plane and shipped us off to hotels which i am told were dire - we booked our own and got out of there earlier. The next day we flew out 23hours 45 minutes after originally scheduled so the penny-pinching misers wouldnt have to pay compensation for having destroyed a day of our holiday. All this because of an autipilot fault. The plane was even late for departure the first time - reason? It had 'just come back from maintenance in Manchester'. Sounds like some bull story to me, they'd probably been trying to botch a fix and hoping it would hold until Antigua images/smiles/icon_mad.gif

Thats not professionalism - I spoke to the pilot on day 2 and he told me that they'd known straight away that the plane wouldnt fly but had kept everyone at the airport purely because they're scared of telling people the truth...

I voted for JMC. Why?

I saw their A330 in YYC and I see Apple Vacations A320s and 757s painted in JMC colors and Apple logo+titles...

HEHEHEHE No other reason.
