help with rejected photo

Okay,

First of all what camera are you using and specifically what MP is it if it's digital. Second, what editing have you done to this image, and finally is this a location you are likely to use again-and if so are you able to get a little closer to the aircraft.

To give you a helpful answer it would really help if you could tell us these things because then we know what limitations we are working within and how likely there is to be further deterioration of the image if it is edited further.

In the meantime it looks to me that the horizon is not level but there are no light poles or other vertical points of reference to prove or disprove that claim.
