IB's Business and First Class?

I have never used IB's business class product, and I don't remember flying IB's first class (I was a wee lad back then). So, has anyone here flown on IB in either business or first class? What are your impressions of them? Are they as good as their competitor's products?

I don't imagine it being awesome judging by their abysmal Y class product.

From what I hear, IB offers reasonably comfortable seats but somewhat less than inspired service. I don't believe they offer First Class anymore.
