Special Scheme !?!

I have this one in the queue:
It's the only 738 of Neos with "Radio Italia" stickers, I-NEOU.
Is this a Special Scheme?

Yes special scheme.
We had a vote on this forum what should be special scheme and what not. The outcome was that that large stickers were considered special scheme, see this thread (http://forums.jetphotos.net/showthread.php?t=42155)

If in doubt you can always leave a message to the screener and tell them that you are not sure and ask for the screeners to change if needed. We won´t reject then.
