Yup, I've seen everyone of these on youtube! How many seasons are there? I know they have recently started a new one (at least on Nat Geo Latin America) but I don't know which season is it. The last episode was the two DC-10 crashes (American Airlins and Turkish). One of the best shows around, no doubt!

I still think the best episode they've done is in season 5, Eastern Airlines L1011 flight 401. The aircraft crashed into terrain as a result of the flight crew's failure to monitor the instruments during a malfunction of the landing gear position indicator.

After the crash there were reported paranormal activities such as ghost sightings onboard other L1011's in the fleet. This had supposedly come from the salvage of aircraft parts from Flight 401 which were re-used. In the end it forced Eastern Airlines later remove all these parts.
