Just for the record
German newsmedia report for today (http://www.spiegel.de/reise/aktuell/0,1518,530822,00.html), my translation (sorry if it's somewhat sloppy. The bad language style is in the original, too :D )

At Munich Airport, a blocked nosegear forced a Cessna to perform an emergency landing. One runway had to be closed for about two hours. Regular flight traffic was disrupted considerably.

The Cessna had to make a belly landing due to a falty nosegear. The three people on board, the 54 year-old Pilot and two technicians, aged 67 and 52, remained unhurt, Munich Airport spokes person Edgar Engert said.

The two-engined Cessna 550 Citation business jet was on a test flight after undergoing repairs. When the nosegear would not lower, the airport rescue teams were informed and one of the wider runways of the large airport was closed for a forced landing. After touchdown, the jet slid for about 100 meters on its now while the maingear was lowered.

Because of the 2-hour closure of the runway, departures were delayed for an average of one hour.
