Auto Fill Questions

I was trying to upload this PIX as following with the reg VP-BAH. The Auto Fill give me the information as Boeing 737-4M0.
Surfing and google around internet i found it is
BD-700 Global Express XRS
C/N: 9223
ex N210EM/N110PP

How can i upload the pix to database?
Should i use the ex reg or the new one?
Do we have to update information in data base else?
I guessed the old Boeing was written off or out of service.

I'm sure one of the Database Admin's will see this but I wouldn't upload either one of those shots. They both are over processed, especially the top one which has a nice glow to it.

Please use the aircraft menus instead and manually enter all the data.
