Rejected twice for bad info- genre

Would someone be so kind to explain why this was rejected twice for bad info, genre? I am baffled. First time I uploaded maybe I inadvertently chose civilian, second time I changed it to military. Rejected again. Can't figure it out.

It wasn't Barry.

The first time it was rejected it was for bad info - airline as you entered Argentina - Air Force:

The second time was bad info - genre as you uploaded it a civilian!
