I wasn't sure what to put in the info fields, so I did the best I could.

Kinda confusing on what to put in the airline.
Here's the screener's comment regarding the serial/CN:
72-21337 is it's USAF serial, CN is actually 42003.
Here's what the FAA site says.
http://registry.faa.gov/aircraftinquiry/NNumSQL.asp?NNumbertxt=337PW&cmndfind.x=0&cmndfind.y=0
Finally, what categories should have been checked?
Thanks for help.

72-21337 was indeed the military reg, or in the other terminologies: the "serial", which kinda confuses me, as I always thought, USAF had only the "xx-yyyy" format. Anyway, here is, what scramble says:

The screener was right.
Hope this helps anyway.
Of course the screener was right ;)
There is a forum devoted to information, please post such questions in there:

An OH-58 is US Army not USAF and therefore the Serial in the XX-XXXXX format is correct.
In that case serial is now : NXXXXX
cn is : 42003
USAF serial no longer important

Ok, thanks guys. So what should I put in the airline?
Sorry, AJ, it was late last night. Thanks for moving it.

I should have checked first, who screened it, huh .... !!??? :D
As for the airline: United States - US Army Air Force (USAAF)

I would suggest to have United States - Texas Game Warden added to the airline list
