Four consecutive operating profits is sure nice to see from DL. Will be a great site to see them emerge from BK this year.

Correct. April 30th will mark the end of their stay in CH11, and given the weird mathmatics surrounding CH11, they'll propably announce a $10+ billion profit for Q2, though that will be just a paper profit obviously.

Court approval of our Plan of Reorg is set for 25 April, if all goes well at the hearing and the judge approves the POR we will be emerging from Bankruptcy shortly afterward, JG is saying by 30 April...The creditors approved the POR by an almost 95% majority so there is no reason to believe that the judge wont approve it...woo hoo...the light at the end of the tunnel is coming quick...and it is not a train in the opposite direction..
