Perhaps you could have a look at this and give an opinion as to how this might be improved. This was taken in poor, wet conditions at Manchester (EGCC) on the 30th July2003. It is therefore rather grey and so perhaps not bright enough, what do you think, can this be made to be acceptable?

Short answer: I wouldn't spend the time on it. There isn't much hope in my opinion.
