Since I am playing recently with image post processing using PS7, I have noticed in the JPEG save window you can select color options. It allows me to save with ICC Profile sRGB IEC61966-2.1. What does this mean? What is the recommendation for J.NET upload?
Thanks in advance

I think you could easily write a book just on color profiling.. So, in short, stick to the sRGB for any pics you upload. The other, better, choice is Adobe RGB (it has a wider color range) -- however, the browsers do not support it and may display your images wrong. I'd use that when preparing images to be printed (unless you have a closer match profile for the specific printer)...
Again, sRGB is what you'd wanna use for images shown on the net.
PS.. Use Image-->Mode-->Assign Profile when switching profiles.. don't use "Convert to profile".. apparently that one's not really recommended..
