It's undersharpened/soft and since I don't own photoshop I was wondering if maybe some of the intrepid forumites could help me with this. If you want I can also get the original.

Too dark, I was wondering if someone could help me lighten it without washing out the colors, which happens when I try to lightened mine.

Bad cropping, I have an idea about what I want to do with it, but I figured I could get everyone else's take on it.

I played around with the first one, but the plane is just motion blurred beyond help. Don't let the plane fly into the viewfinder then hit the shutter, track the plane and hit the shutter when you've got him where you want him.

Photoshop Elements is available for the MAC for around $50. It will do most of the job of PhotoShop for a tenth of the cost.

As for tracking, be sure to support your camera with both hands, tuck your elbows in close to your body and then move your entire upper body as a whole by twisting at the waist to track the aircraft. This method will give you a much more stable shooting position and smoother tracking. Practice it a bit and you will see the advantage.

hey greg, if you have Kazaa or some sort of music sharing programme on your computer then type in adobe photoshop7, you can d/l it from the net fully cracked and for free!!

it's what i did! and it wokrs a treat.

Longreach, I dun wanna be a party pooper or anything, but that is illegal.

I use Photoshop Elements, came with the printer I last bought. (Printer was 60$). Good deal if you ask me, and Elements gets the job done wonderfully.

Then I get a subpoena and huge fine, and my dream camera will drift away. Easy to get Photoshop elements and I'll have plenty of money left for a D60 or D100. :D

i know it's illegal, but it's a huge saving.

i am not sure about getting a summons, they would have to know you d/l it first, simple step is you dont register the programme.

thats enough about my illegal d/l!

Firstly, there are methods of tracking downloads via Kazaa (I've done it myself) - and certainly the music industry is considering doing this on a grand scale. It would not be difficult for Adobe to trace illegal PS downloads if they wanted to.

More importantly, a number of photographers who use illegal software are quick to squawk if one of their images is "stolen". Ethics works both ways.

You do not need to buy PS to get PS capabilities. The freeware software GIMP does everything PS does and costs you nothing, and is legal.
