WOW!!! Tracked a few flights today... check out the polar air routes.

Yea, lots of traffic on Polar routes. Dummy me, I read your topic title and kept looking at map searching for Polar Air Cargo flights! LOL -

Just by curiosity...where did you dig up that map?

Its a program called AirNav Suite 4 from AirNav Systems - http://www.airnavsystems.com - I usually use it to chart aircraft that emit coordinates via ACARS from the AirNav ACARS decoder but the program also allows you to access 300 random flights per hour from their webservers free of charge so long as you paid the $69.95 membership fee. If you leave it on for a while it will update the position of the aircraft and will give you a "route" on the map. images/smiles/icon_smile.gif
