All were taken with a Pentax ZX-60 with a 500mm lens 100 ISO, can't get em right for uploading.

For 100 ISO, these look extremely grainy, which makes me suspect that the originals were underexposed and you've tried to compensate in the scan (which always results in excessive grain/noise), or you're scanning from badly made prints.

They are a little soft as well, but the grain/noise means these would not sharpen well.

Are these heavily cropped? looks extremely grainy even for the worst 100 iso film I know (Agfa =D )

Either that or underexposed as ckw says, scanning from prints isnt optimal either =(. Not much can be done as far as i can see.
