It is a great photo, but with all my scans, it gets a look, that is just not right? Any suggestions?

Woah! That quality on the post is really bad compared to the file on my computer! What happened?

What type of film, what type of scanner?? Seems to me like you are using print, with a flatbed scanner.

It looks horrible compared to what I actually see on my computer. Why? I used 200 ISO on a canon canoscan D1250 U2F it did great on the one photo I have on JP.net
