I know some of us organize our photos....
What do you guys use?
Microsoft Excel or Access? And if so do you update it right away.
After some time of total disrepair my Access database was totally out of date and not updated. I imported my whole database from Access to Excel as it is more flexible and I am still trying to update the 1200+ photos I have to add to it.

After my trip to SEA/YVR and all those uploads on the other site, my collection really began to grow big. So I created a database in Excel which I can easily search or sort by different criteria, like Reg#, Airline, photo date, jet type, delivery date, etc.
Yes, after each successful upload I add it to the list.
I'm glad I started it now rather than when I have many more photos. it took a lot of time to create it from scratch!!

What Bruce is doing, do I too. I only use Corel (r) instead of Microsoft. I hope to create an own program which can do the same (I make programs in Delhi 4.0).

Organized? uhoh.gif
I have thousands of prints that are still in the packets with the negatives. No database with regs or airports or dates yet either. cry.gif
I should probably do something soon.. images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif
