Microsoft FS2002Pro bug

For some reason, I have been getting random AIRCRAFT COLLISIONS. Only problem is, there are no other airplanes in sight! Has anybody else had this problem? What did you do about it.

I've never heard that problem before, that's really strange. Have you downloaded any recent addons? In the past I've downloaded addons that did some strange things to FS. My suggestion either remove any recent downloads or reinstall FS.

my guess is that there might be some planes uninstalled yet ai flightpatterns exist and u might collide with them even tho they are nto visible?
might wanna head over to avsim and download ai traffic monitor(freeware) to see if there is some ai(that might not be visible) around?

and which plane do you fly during those collisions? and do they occur with the default planes?(always a good start to check for errors)

It happens when I fly the add on Delta Lockheed L10-11 from www.simviation.com.
