Hello all users. I just want you to note that these forums are just for fun and should be used properly! Everyone is entitled to make a point and reply to one. But some rules are being neglected! For example...

"1. Personal attacks of any sort will not be tolerated. If you have a problem with a particular user, please privately contact that user to discuss the matter. If that does not work, or you are unable to contact the user, please e-mail the forum administrators and we will take action if it is deemed necessary. Do not post a message on how you find the user irrelevant/boring/childish or anything else. Topics dealing solely with other users will be deleted."

And some of you know what I am talking about! So remember to address all issues to the issue not the person making it!
Even I may have entered a red zone but I will try to keep a clean slate from now on!!!

I agree, its just a shame that many people don't turn on their PM thing. Even the people I contact don't reply.

Funny that I am defending accusations that Airliners.net is stopping free speech and so on and here you are asking for exactly what others are complaining that airliners.net is doing.

For the record, if you all read the forums with any airliners.net debates you will see some of this personal critism!!! Best examples are in The "how many of your excellent photos were rejected by A.net" I realize I am not a moderator but this is the OFF TOPIC forum and anything may be said...RIGHT?? shake.gif

Not that I´m a moderator and not that I have anything too important to say here, but for what it is worth:

It seems to me that some members of this forum simply went over from a.net to jp.net and continue to discuss in the style they so much condemn on a.net and which BTW was the reason to abandone the "whiners".

Why don´t you try something different, something innovative ?

Make this a different place, more grown up, more mature than "whiners.net". Have a fact discussion, which includes page long posts, for some boring, but for many very informative. Have some fun without pot shooting, use the letters and images as tools to have a good time together. It is no secret that even diverging opinions can be handled as entertaining discussion, it can be funny and amusing, and more: One may consolidate or trash his opinion in order to get enlightened. It is not THAT difficult to state: "I stand corrected ...!" Nobody dies over this. But it may add something very valuable to your overall knowledgement.

This being said, please understand this post as a constructive critic and have a good time!

A nice weekend and a Merry Christmas to all of you !
