A flight review should include...?

Hey all! =)
Since I'm leaving for Australia in 9 days and I'd like to submit a flight review to this forum, I've done a little research on how this should be done... here's what I'd include in the different parts of the review:

DEPARTURE CITY/DESTINATION
DATE
AIRLINE & FLIGHT
AIRCRAFT
SEAT NO.
SCHEDULED DEPARTURE
ACTUAL DEPARTURE TIME
SCHEDULED ARRIVAL
ACTUAL ARRIVAL TIME
PREFLIGHT/AIRPORT
F/As AND SERVICE IN GENERAL
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
COMFORT IN GENERAL (seats, cabin atmosphere, etc)

And of course photos :D

Anything else I should add?? Help is greatly appreciated :love:

No less than 10 cabin pictures :D :D . If you can take some pictures with the cabin crews would be good too, this will make your trip report more interesting :) :) .

it should contain pics. I personally believe that most people tend to look at a trip report which contains pics more then a regular boring essay!!'
