Chris Starnes has uploaded four disturbing photos to the database. Seems delta ship 7005, which was painted in the 2002 Olympic 'Soaring Spirit' colors, is now in the process (maybe completed?) of being repainted into the normal Delta NNC scheme.

Damn shame, in my opinion. That was one classy livery. nod.gif

Thanks for the photos, Chris!

From what I hear, they are keeping the 757 around for awhile. I certainly understand their decision to repaint it, but it could have also been left in the Olympic colors as a tribute to the 2002 winter games.

Heck, UPS has had a 757, 767, and 747 flying around in Olympic colors since about 1998.
