Did you allow them to use your AA 767 at SXM picture at: http://www.dangerous-airports.com/airports/t/tncm.htm
They must have got that pic at least almost 2 years ago as Chris hasnt had pics on that "other site" for quite some time.

To me if someone used one of my pics but didn't seem to be making $ off it i would be ok with it even if they didn't ask. But if they were making money i would go after them...

Except that it's never, ever used. ;)
Aircraft arriving from the US fly almost straight in on a boring ole visual approach, while European arrivals just join a left downwind and fly a standard pattern visual.

Greg -- they have my permission. ;)

Ok, I just wanted to make sure.
Never assume that because it has the photographers name on it that it's OK because that's not necessarily the case.
Also, never assume that because you'd be OK with people using your pictures without permission that others would be OK with it.
Threads where people point out potential copyright infringements should be welcomed and really shouldn't turn into discussions on whether individuals feel the behaviour is OK or not, as it's really the photographers choice whether it's OK or not and many photographers like to know when their pics have been spotted elsewhere :).
