How do you record a flight on MS2002? Meaning, how can you make a video of it and play it back?

Yeah. When u start ur flight, click on flight video under the options menu, and click record new, with a 1 second time interval (u can change that if u wanna), and bingo! :)

If you want to record flights and be able to watch them on non-FS equipped computers, there is a software named CamStudio (http://www.rendersoftware.com/products/camstudio/index.htm) which saves the content of the screen into a standard avi file. It most certainly hits the framerate, but can be pretty useful at times since the default recording has a somewhat limited capability.
