jetBlue!
I Love jetBlue......is a great airline, but i heard from a lady that has been working for US AIRWAYS for 17 years that jetBlue has many many planes just because they do not pay their workers....is that true??? Because I told her "Woman how dare you say that! you are breaking my balls, please take those words back! "

JetBlue has been successful for several reasons. First off, they started off with a very large amount of start-up capital ($150 Million), which for a start-up airline was practically unheard of (most start-ups have maybe $10-$20 million at best). The investors in the airline read like a who's who of the financial world (CitiGroup, George Soros, among them). David Neeleman's clout in the industry (Morris Air, WestJet, Open Skies reservation system) opened alot of doors for him. With the airline's decision to be based out of NYC, the powers that be in NYC worked hard to get JetBlue as many slots as possible @ JFK. JetBlue's expansion has been well thought out, none of this "Let's throw a dart at a map and start flying there" as soon start-ups have done. Their decision to bypass LAX and hub @ LGB was a stroke of genius, and seems to be working well. JetBlue has really raised the bar for all start-up airlines until something happens @ JetBlue that turns them from darlings to pariahs in an instant (RE: ValuJet).
